sparta youth wrestling

Open to both boys and girls of all experience levels, youth wrestling introduces kids to a fast-paced, engaging sport that emphasizes learning the fundamentals, staying active, and having fun on the mat. Wrestlers build skills and confidence while forming friendships in a supportive team environment.

The season runs from January through March and focuses on age-appropriate instruction and development. Optional tournament opportunities may be available, but participation is not required, giving families flexibility throughout the season. Whether a child is stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing their wrestling journey, youth wrestling offers a positive and welcoming place to grow.

Fee: $48.00 (Resident) / $78.75 (Non-Resident)

4th – 8th Grade
Dates: January 5 – February 19
Day & Time: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00–8:30 pm
Location: Herman Elementary
Fee: $66.00 (Resident) / $115.50 (Non-Resident)
