Tourdot, McDonald Wrestle Today

Derek McDonald and Matt Tourdot open up their 2009 WIAA State Tournament run today at the Kohl Center in Madison, WI.  Action for the opening round starts at 3 p.m.

McDonald will face a tough match today when he wrestles AppletonWest's Shane McQuade who comes into the tournament with a 43-1 record.  Tourdot will wrestleJake Dostalek of Waterford who comes in with a 31-5 record.  Tourdot ison the same side of the bracket as top-ranked Jackson Heing (47-3) ofWausau West.
