Varsity team at Ellsworth Invitational - Middle School competes at Neillsville and Richland Center

The varsity wrestling team is competing at the Ellsworth Invitational Tournament today updates through the first 4 and 5 rounds are included below. (Derek is shooting a wedding today and I was at Richland Center so we are a little late with updates)To begin with the middle school dual team went to Neillsville and dominated competition there coming away with the Championship in convincing fashion. Results were as follows:Sparta 61, Cadott 6; Sparta 53, Marshfield 6; Sparta 44, DC Everest 12; and in the Championship match Sparta 64, Westby 3.At Richland Center 26 wrestlers competed very well in a tournament with 16 other middle schools. A lot of experience was gained and the wrestlers enjoyed trying out some new moves with great success.
