A bit of a break before the Spartans hit the mat again. Up next are the girls traveling to Mauston on Friday, January 9th for the Mauston Invite. Action begins at 430pm. The boys wrestle the following day at the Sauk Praire Invitational with action beginning at 9am while the JV heads just up Highway 16 to compete at the West Salem Regional.

And just a heads up, but our remaining home matches and tournaments all happen in January. The first being a triangular with Holmen and La Crosse on Thursday, January 15th. This triangular will feature both the boys and girls teams. A week later, Sparta hosts West Salem on Thursday, January 22nd. Then comes the annual Sparta Invitational featuring boys and girls brackets on Saturday, January 24th with action beginning at 9am. The final home match of the year will be on Thursday, January 29th against Tomah.
